My Journey
I was born in Brazil, where I began my career in urban development and worked in the sector for several years before moving to São Paulo, the largest city in South America, to pursue new opportunities.
While completing my civil engineering degree in São Paulo, I joined one of the most renowned sustainability consulting firms in the construction and real estate industries, in 2018.
In 2022, I relocated to Germany and began working as a self-employed professional. Since then, I have collaborated with clients across Portugal, the UK, Germany, France, Brazil, and the US.
My Vision
Sustainability reporting is more than a compliance exercise — it reveals opportunities to strengthen data quality, streamline processes, and improve how organisations make decisions.
My approach focuses on partnering with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, enhance internal workflows, and build reliable, high-quality ESG data. The result is a stronger foundation for compliance and smarter, data-driven strategic decisions.

I’m an engineer and ESG consultant with deep experience in data management, regulatory compliance, sustainability reporting, and process optimisation. I help organisations turn ESG data into a strategic asset — improving data quality, strengthening controls, and delivering audit-ready information aligned with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and SFDR.
With a strong background in implementing governance frameworks and improving audit outcomes by up to 75%, I specialise in building reliable, high-quality datasets that support both compliance and decision-making. My work includes streamlining data collection, enhancing workflows, and executing post-audit action plans, from GHG reporting to gap-closing support.
I also conduct market analysis and benchmarking to help companies anticipate trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities.
My experience spans global clients and large corporations, including several years supporting real estate investment firms in extracting meaningful insights to guide strategy.
Currently advancing my expertise in data science, machine learning, and automation, I’m developing tech-enabled solutions that enhance ESG performance and operational efficiency.
