Hello! My name is Carolina, I am 34 years old and I live in Berlin.
I specialise in management consulting and sustainability, helping companies to grow in a structured and efficient way, focusing on long-term success. My work combines business insight, process improvement, and the integration of sustainability into corporate strategy and the supply chain, always with the goal of turning challenges into concrete growth opportunities.
I work alongside companies that are in phases of structuring, expansion, or transition, especially those looking to adapt to new regulatory requirements, such as the CSRD, or seeking to position themselves more competitively through social and environmental responsibility.
