Hello! I am Carolina, and I created this website to share insights and learnings from my professional journey, along with my writings and photos.
In summary, I have 15+ years of experience spanning urban development, construction, real estate, and sustainability.
Over the past seven years, during which I have been dedicated to sustainability consulting, I have had the privilege of working with both national and global corporations, as well as real estate asset managers, to enhance corporate management and portfolio performance in line with ESG best practices and global scorecards.
I have collaborated with teams across three continents and have been involved in EU compliance (SFDR, Taxonomy, CSRD), risk and due diligence (acquisitions and loans), data collection and analysis, strategy development, market research, ESG reporting and audit projects.
Prior to my transition to sustainability consulting, I worked in survey engineering and urban development for almost nine years.
I have also been involved in real estate business development, contributing to market research and product development, where I successfully created a new approach that was incorporated into the standard business process – work I truly enjoy and am happy to provide as well.
